Delete your Littlest account

You can delete your Littlest account and your data from inside the app.

How to delete it

  1. Open Littlest.
  2. Go to Settings > Delete account, or Confidentiality > Delete.
  3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.

What we delete

Your profile and login. Every child profile you own. All logged observations, including feeds, sleep, nappies, growth, milestones, medicines, symptoms and temperatures. Your chat and voice history and the coach's memories. Your private Plans and their attachments, and your connected health summaries and consent records. The photos and videos you uploaded. Your subscription record at our billing processor, your email marketing profile and your analytics records. If you signed in with Apple, we revoke your Sign in with Apple tokens.

Your subscription

Deleting your Littlest account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in the store account that made the purchase.

What stays

A child profile that a partner or caregiver also cares for stays with them, and is unlinked from you. Your photos of that child stay with the child's record.

Records we are required by law to keep, such as payment and tax records, are kept for the period the law requires. We also keep anonymised aggregate statistics that no longer identify anyone.

If you cannot use the app

Email admin@littlest.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will action your request within 30 days.
